I have made the decision not to buy a new handbag for fall. (Unless something amazing comes along.) I am going to use my red, Marc Jacobs from 2 years ago. Classic, but the color is fresh this year for bags. And I am boycotting $2,500 price tags. Those prices are absurd. (unless it is for Chanel.)
Plus, the "pop" that a red handbag gives an outfit is very nice.
This decision was made due to the impending purchase of new Choo's.

Yes, I think I am going to have to spring for the Choo's. Especially after I got called out on Saturday night for J.Crew shoes being ugly.
